Dear Cricket Enthusiasts and participating teams, on behalf of the Board of Toronto City Cricket Club (TCCC) I extend a Hearty Welcome to all the teams and cricket followers and their families into the Summer of 2024 and Cricketing Season 2023.
The past few years had been tough for most of us due to Covid and last year due to the construction activities happening in ground B. We could accommodate only six teams due this restriction. That is all in the past. We are excited to announce that season 2024 is a full season starting on May 2024.
The league games will start from May 18th 2024 and play-offs from September 9th 2024. The tournament final will be played on September 29th 2024.
To promote wider participation and to invite the families, the Board proposes to hold a cricket festival towards the end of September. The details will be announced in due course.
All games will be played at the Centennial Park cricket grounds. The construction on Ground B has been completed and will be available for the 2024 season.
The Board of TCCC wishes all participating teams a pleasant and safe tournament in compliance with the tournament rules while maintaining the decorum on and off the field. Have a great season ahead and enjoy it to the fullest.
